If you've bought body jewelry in person then you're probably well aware that it can't be returned once it has been worn or left a studio. This is standard practice at ALL professional piercing businesses. The reason for this is that there is no way to FULLY ensure safe wearing on a piece that has been exposed to human germiness. For this reason we ship all jewelry in a sealed, tamperproof pouch. This allows you to see the piece in person and check sizing before it ever comes into contact with your skin.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided that the jewelry has not been worn or removed from it's pouch. Make sure to check and measure your jewelry before you remove it from this pouch. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on body jewelry once it has been removed from this pouch because there is no way to verify the piece was not been worn.
If you would like to return something and it fits this criteria, just reach out and let us know what you would like to do. Unopened jewelry can be exchanged or a refund can be issued once the return is received. Return shipping will be up to the buyer. Buyer assumes all responsibility for returns lost or damaged by the shipping company. Sturdy, cushioned packaging and shipping insurance are recommended. Original shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
